Very cool. More people need to know how to do this.

I went through setting up TOR links during last August's Russo-Georgian war, and it helped hundreds (thousands?) of Georgians get access that was being otherwise scrambled.

Unrestricted information can be literally life-saving.

I've been messing around with Tor for weeks, and for some reason or other I haven't been able to get it to run reliably on my Linux box (specifically Ubuntu Linux). "Could not bind to 127.0.0.1:9050: Address already in use. Is Tor already running?" No, it isn't. Wa-aaah!

I'll keep hacking away at it, though.
